CrossRoads RV Zinger and Volante travel trailer brands have once again been recognized by the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) as being best-in-class for dealers’ satisfaction with the brands’ quality, as well as parts, warranty and sales support.
Winning the RVDA’s Quality Circle Award is particularly notable for brands in the entry-level and lightweight categories. Zinger was one of one four traditionally built RV brands to be recognized by the RVDA.
Product Manager Robert FitzSimmons noted the impact the recognition has on his organization. “Zinger and Volante being multiple year winners of the DSI award means a lot to our production, engineering, quality control and sales team. Knowing we are always actively striving to produce a quality-built product and being awarded by our dealer partners is fantastic.”
Both brands’ average ranking was above 4.25 on a 5-point scale.
