The Extra-Lite Nose Sleeper toy hauler will debut with three floorplans: an 18-footer with 10 feet of cargo space; a 21-footer with 13 feet of cargo; and a 24-footer with 16 feet of cargo.
The lightest unit, the 18-foot floorplan, will weigh between 4,500 and 4,800 pounds, depending on which options are included. Warmouth told RV PRO that Extreme Warrior is placing a higher emphasis on lightweight toy haulers after the company debuted last year with heavier wide-body fifth wheel units.
“I did not initially plan to build an extra light. But understanding the market, it’s the lighter-weight units that are selling. I slowed the (wide body) fifth wheels down and built this lighter, smaller toy hauler,” he said.

The new Extra-Lite Nose Sleeper floorplans will provide consumers the option of having a built-in generator, or having a portable generator. The models also will include a kitchen with a double sink, range, oven, refrigerator and pantry; a bathroom, with the toilet and shower together sharing a room that’s separate from the sink; a queen bed suite overhanging the trailer’s tongue; two fold-away sofa beds and dinette; and a single twin bed at the back of the coach, which can be upgraded with an additional bunk bed, a double twin bed, or double twin bunk beds.
“I took the FS model, which is made by virtually every toy hauler builder, and I just pushed everything forward 3-feet over the tongue, which took a 23 foot trailer and made it 20 feet,” Warmoth said.
The new toy haulers will cost less than $25,000, Warmoth said. Six dealerships currently carry product from Extreme Warrior.
The company has completed planning for a mid-range luxury fifth wheel toy hauler and has initiated prototyping for that unit.
“We should have it ready for the (RVIA) Pomona, Calif., show in October,” he said.
