NATDA Show to Offer More Exhibitors than Ever
“We typically have 35 trailer manufacturers exhibiting, but with the huge boost in dealer attendance, that number has grown to a record 64 trailer manufacturers 95 vendor companies,” said Andy Ackerman NATDA president.
This year’s NATDA Trade Show & Convention is set for Sept. 6-8 at the America's Center Convention Complex in St. Louis. The show will span 240,000 square feet of space, compared to 100,000 square feet during its first year in 2008.
Ackerman said changes were needed to the show in order to attract more dealerships.
“Our past shows have typically brought 230 dealerships from across the U.S and Canada. The exhibitors spend a great deal of time money and resources to support our show, and we felt the need to ensure a very successful show in 2012,” he said. “The plan is working as we currently have close to 500 trailer dealers from 49 states, and seven Canadian providences and dealers from Australia, France, and Puerto Rico registered to attend. I wouldn’t be surprised to see over 600 dealerships at this year’s show.”
All segments of the trailer industry will be represented at this year’s NATDA show, including: utility, living quarters, horse, cargo, racecar, marine, dump, flatbed, RV and toy hauler markets.
Dealers can register for the NATDA show for free until Aug. 15. RV dealers are invited to attend, according to the Association.
