RVDA Con/Expo Keynote Speaker to Focus on Creating Heroes

Best-selling author and marketing executive Kevin Brown is scheduled to deliver the keynote address during the opening general session of the 2024 RV Dealers Convention/Expo on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Paris Las Vegas.

Brown is the author of “The Hero Effect” and “Unleashing Your Hero.” Named one of the Top 30 Motivational Speakers in the world for 2024 according to Global Gurus, Brown is creator of The Hero Effect, a philosophy designed to distinguish world-class organizations and high-performance individuals from the rest.

As a businessman, he has more than two decades of experience as a sales and marketing executive. He helped transform SERVPRO from a family business into a multibillion-dollar industry giant. In addition, Brown has more than 30 years of experience in franchising, including roles in brand management, culture, events, franchise sales and development.

Since 2016, he has traveled the world teaching his mission of The Hero Effect, described as encouraging people to be their best in the moments that matter. Brown is passionate about helping people expand their vision, develop their potential and grow their results.

The annual RVDA Convention/Expo brings together North America’s top dealership personnel for a week of in-person networking and continuing education workshops designed for dealers/GMs, sales, fixed ops, F&I and digital marketing professionals. The annual RVDA convention also includes opportunities to interact with leading manufacturers, suppliers and RV industry business partners in the Expo.
