Each two-day session included a factory tour of the Winnebago campus and support areas such as metal stamping and engineering. Attendees were also provided specific product training that highlighted new features and new 2013 floorplans.

“The training was very good,” said Tom Heppe of Lazydays RV. “The materials they provide are the best – bar none. It is a wealth of information that we get to take back to our dealerships and refer to over and over again.”

Ace Meason of McClain’s RV Superstore in Lake Dallas, Texas, enjoyed the factory tour.

“It’s great to see firsthand how all of the pieces come together, because then we can share that information with customers,” he said.

The company will also conduct product training for Winnebago, Itasca and Era motorhome dealers on Sept. 18-19 at the Winnebago Industries Open House event in Elkhart, Ind. Dealers can contact their district sales manager for more details.
