RV Service Writer/Advisor Course Marks One Year Anniversary

This July marks the one-year anniversary of the launch of the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s Service Writer/Advisor online course.

The program provides training on managing service appointments, generating additional revenue, coordinating with technicians and other departments and more.

Modules cover 43 key competency areas and prepare front-line employees with the knowledge to meet and exceed customer expectations. Multiple sections on customer service reinforce the top skill sets for top-performing fixed operations personnel. The course concludes with a timed, comprehensive final assessment to test knowledge and skills learned in the course.

“At a time when efficiency is more important than ever in the service department, this course is ideal for new service writers/advisors, as well as more experienced employees who want to sharpen their skills,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.
