Campers Inn RV of Union is closing its doors and reopening as Airstream of Southern New England, an Airstream exclusive dealership.

“With both Airstream and Campers Inn coming from similar humble beginnings, the shift to becoming an exclusive dealership just makes sense,” the companies said. Both Airstream’s founder Wally Byam and Campers Inn RV’s founder Arthur Hirsch innovatively helped their families and communities enjoy a better camping experience. Their trailblazing ideas and ways are still prevalent in the RVing community today.

“Airstream’s iconic aluminum travel trailer are one of the most recognizable in the RV industry, as is Campers Inn RV’s reputation of being the RVer’s Trusted Resource for nearly 60 years” said Dustin Anders, general manager of Airstream of Southern New England. “We’re ecstatic to become an exclusive Airstream dealership. We can’t wait to show the Southern New England community the high-end amenities these luxurious Airstreams have to offer.”

All in-stock RVs that are currently at Campers Inn RV of Union are being liquidated to make way for the new Airstream inventory. Customers can take advantage of “once in a lifetime” pricing on campers from brands like Forest River, Grand Design, Keystone and more. A large selection of travel trailers are priced up to 50% off MSRP and motorhomes up to 40% off MSRP.

Airstream of Southern New England will serve Connecticut, Rhode Island and surrounding areas. The dealership will specialize in all things Airstream RVs. Customers can expect to find Airstream Bambi, Basecamp, Caravel and more.
