RV driver support company Coach-Net has launched a new app for iOS and Android mobile devices. The company said this update to its membership and dispatch technology suite further illustrates its mission “to create a carefree RV experience so everyone can focus on making memories with their friends and families.”
With more than 300,000 RV roadside assistance members, Coach-Net’s updated mobile app’s simple, modern, and innovative design allows RVers to quickly and easily access important membership information and request roadside assistance in just a few simple steps, giving the user more options to request the assistance right for their particular situation.
“Coach-Net has saved countless RV vacations over the years and the addition of our updated mobile app will make that process even easier,” said David Ostlund, Coach-Net’s president. “The new technology available is integrated with our phone system and proprietary dispatch technology, speeding up the process for both the Coach-Net member and dispatcher, ultimately providing the best possible user experience.”
New and updated features on the app include:

- Schedule a call: Speak with a certified RV tech when not in an emergency and it’s most convenient.
- Call now: Request roadside assistance immediately, and even send pictures to agents if necessary to ensure the best service for their particular situation.
