Covercraft Industries recently acquired Marathon Seat Covers, a manufacturer of custom-fit seat covers for the automotive industry. This latest acquisition expands Covercraft’s assortment of custom-fit automotive aftermarket seat covers.
Founded in 1978, Marathon Seat Covers’ products cater to outdoor enthusiasts, families and pickup owners with seat covers that are durable and precisely fitted.
Since Covercraft partnered with Century Park Capital Partners in 2015, Marathon Seat Covers becomes the third acquisition to join Covercraft’s ever-increasing family of vehicle protection products. Last year, Covercraft added GT Covers, and in 2016 added ADCO Products.
