Cypress Trail RV Resort Debuts New Casitas

Cypress Trail RV Resort in southwest Florida has begun offering casitas as an expanded lot offering that is available in the RV getaway’s latest phase currently under development.

Custom-designed casitas will be an option for lot purchasers during this upcoming season, explained resort Marketing Director Amir Harpaz.

“Cypress Trail is well-known for providing outstanding amenities and services to our residents and Casitas are just the latest offering to meet what the marketplace desires,” Harpaz said.

Casita are available in the resort’s latest and final phase that fronts Cypress Trail’s private nature preserve. This specially saved acreage features marked nature trails that profile the unique native flora and wildlife.

Sized at 500-square-feet, Cypress Trail casitas offer several floor plans. Purchasers can choose whether to have a shaded patio. Each casita unit offers a kitchenette/laundry/bathroom area, as well as lots of storage for those items RVers need when onsite, but don’t want to carry on the road. Casitas offer secure storage with immediate access when an owner returns to the resort.

Each landscaped lot in Cypress Trail’s latest phase is sized at 35 feet by 90 feet. Sites also offer custom paver pads that are sized at 20 feet by 70 feet.

Additionally, this 472-lot outdoor destination provides residents with a variety of special onsite features and outdoor amenities, including:

  • Sidewalks throughout the gated resort.
  • Full hookups at each site include city water, city sewer, cable television, telephone service, Internet and 20/30/50-amp electrical service.
  • A 12,000-square-foot clubhouse, heated pool, spa, tennis, tournament-quality bocce, pickleball and shuffleboard courts.
  • Two large onsite lakes for fishing.
  • A dog park and dipping pool.
  • Secure storage area with electricity for your RV, boat or other large item.

Cypress Trail RV Resort is located off Interstate 75 and is near a variety of local amenities, including JetBlue Park, the spring training home of the Red Sox, Southwest International Airport and the beaches found at Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva islands.

Additionally, nearby downtown Fort Myers’ historic district offers restaurants, boutiques, the Edison/Ford Winter Home, and theaters.
