Dometic will be supporting the FMCA Convention and RV Expo in Gillette, Wyo., July 18 to 21 at booth No. 453-459 where celebrity chef Kevin Roberts will make several guest appearances.
Roberts, also known as “The Food Dude,” will be giving live demonstrations of how to make his delicious recipes on Dometic appliances each day of the show.
On Wednesday, July 18, the demonstrations will be at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. On Thursday, July 19, through Saturday, July 21, the demos will be at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
The menu will include several selections from the chef’s personal recipe collection, including bison sliders on Wednesday, smoked bison sausage sliders on Thursday, trout sliders and mini trout tacos on Friday, and bison chili on Saturday.
Roberts was a Top 10 finalist on The Next Food Network Star, host of BBQ Pitmasters, and has his own TV series, Grill of Victory. Additionally, Roberts is the owner and executive chef of 15 restaurants nationwide and has two cookbooks.
Event attendees are invited to come to the booth and receive the full Dometic experience by seeing how Roberts uses the appliances and obtain a recipe card.
