Elijah Shypitsyn has been named Way’s direct-to-consumer marketing director. His primary role will be to help drive Way’s continued growth in the consumer RV market. Way brands, including Everchill, Greystone, Drive, Elite and Haven, have strong penetration with original equipment manufacturers, the company said, and it has been working to expand with direct sales and relationships with RV owners and aftermarket consumers.

“Elijah is a welcome addition here, and we look forward to his guidance in taking our consumer marketing efforts to the next level,” said Wayne Kaylor, CEO and founder of Way. “We are excited to bring our leading RV offerings right to owners who want to upgrade their vehicles. Elijah’s knowledge of consumer marketing and buying behavior will help us introduce Way products to a new segment within the RV community.”

Shypitsyn has nearly a decade of consumer marketing experience. Regarding choosing Way for his next role, he said he saw an excellent opportunity for the company to grow by attracting end-user customers.

Bazaire

Way is also adding to its team with another new aftermarket addition. Carter Bazaire has been named Way’s new aftermarket coordinator. Bazaire will help to elevate Way’s presence on Amazon and in other e-commerce avenues through his expertise in delivering outstanding operational excellence.

Before Way, Bazaire worked in a customer service and e-commerce manager role and has previous experience in the RV industry. In his short time already with Way, Bazaire has made an outsized impact on Way’s ecommerce programs, the company said.

“With the addition of Carter, we can better serve our aftermarket customers and continue to grow that area of our business,” said Kaylor. “We are constantly adding good people to our team here, and we know new people with fresh ideas is how companies like Way continue to grow, flourish and reach new customers who are looking for the solutions we offer.”
