Florida Luxury RV Dealer Making Major Upgrades

The Motorcoach Store

The Motorcoach Store, a luxury RV dealership in Bradenton, Florida, has bought an industrial property in the city that it intends to turn into its national headquarters and where it will launch a concierge service and build a storage facility. That’s according to a report in the Florida Business Observer.

According to Sarasota-based commercial real estate firm Ian Black Real Estate, which represented both parties in the transaction and announced the deal, The Motorcoach Store paid $18.3 million for the 139,904-square-foot property at 5821 24th St. E. The new facility has a 100,000-square-foot production area and 7,500 square feet of office space.

It was previously owned by Avon Cabinet Corp. which has closed its current operation.

The dealership has been at its current location at 3231 59th St. E. for 13 years and has been looking for a new space for some time but hadn’t found a property that would accommodate its ambitions.

Among those ambitions is a multimillion renovation to create a full-service luxury RV dealership that will include 16 service bays and indoor storage space for 88 luxury RVs. The space will also have in-house cabinet, upholstery glass shops.
