Young RV Executives will have a unique leadership development opportunity coinciding with the 2016 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo.

A half-day Dale Carnegie course, “How Smart Leaders Create Engaged Employees,” will be offered from 8 to 11:45 a.m. Tuesday (Nov. 8).

The leadership course is sponsored by Gulf Stream. Gulf Stream’s sponsorship keeps the cost of this exclusive training affordable for participants.

A video preview of the course is online. The registration fee is $99 and the number of participants will be limited.

Registration for this session and its fee are separate from registration and fees for the RV Dealers International Convention/Expo. Download a registration form from the RV Learning Center Website.

The half-day course, presented by Dale Carnegie trainer Cory McGuire, is based on recent research, and participants will learn about the three clusters of behaviors that significantly impact engagement.

Within each cluster McGuire will help participants break down the individual actions they can take to develop enthusiastic, empowered, confident and inspired employees.

“It’s extremely important to support the development of next generation of RV dealers and dealership managers,” Gulf Stream Coach’s Dan Shea said.  “We are pleased to be able to sponsor this program for Young RV Executives held in conjunction with the RVDA convention.”
