Training and RV experts Walter Burns V and Jeremiah Shelton will deliver a workshop during the 2023 RV Dealer Convention/Expo they say is designed to help dealers drive better sales results.
The workshop, “The Personality of Selling: Developing Customer IQ to Drive Better Results,” will be held 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7. This workshop will teach dealers different sales techniques, types of customers and how to overcome sales objections.
Burns and Shelton bring years of industry expertise and insight to this workshop, working with various RV dealers on F&I training and revenue growth.
Currently, Burns serves as the RV brand manager at EasyCare, an APCO Holdings brand, and Shelton serves as the vice president of training and development at APCO Holdings.
