Keystone RV Launches New Website

Keystone RV has released a new consumer-facing website, the next step in the company’s digital transformation. KeystoneRV.com utilizes the robust product information engine that was developed for IGNITE Sales, Keystone’s dealer training, recognition and reward program that was unveiled in September.

“Pre-pandemic research made it clear that Keystone’s website is a critical part of the purchasing process, and that both shoppers and owners expected more from that experience than is typical in the RV industry,” said Jeff Runels, president and CEO of Keystone. “We never could have imagined how important this initiative would be now that it is more of a challenge for customers to get out to retail locations.”

According to the company, the website was designed with two goals: to create an industry-leading shopping experience and provide owners with access to more resources. A new filtering system lets shoppers select brands, specs and features and serves up the Keystone products that meet those criteria. The company has also added a first-time buyers’ guide, the ability to compare models across product lines, and greater access to the company’s shop-at-home team. A “Get Matched” quiz will be added later this year as an engaging way to help buyers find their perfect RV. Owners will find a growing library of DIY how-to content and other resources to make it easier to learn about and maintain their RV.
