Lance Camper Cuts Ribbon on New Enduro Facility

A ribbon-cutting ceremony recently marked a new chapter for Lance Camper and its official entry into the adventure trailer product segment with the 12-foot Enduro off-road trailer. Suppliers, dealers and friends were in attendance for an official address, plant tour, and celebratory luncheon with cake cutting.

With the company’s experience building slide-in bed truck campers and lightweight travel trailers, the Lance team has always been focused on manufacturing experience-forward RVs, and an overlanding model fits that strategy, it said.

Lance Camper“We have always prided ourselves at Lance as a manufacturer that designs in an educated way for the real-world usability of our RVs,” said Gary Conley, director of sales and marketing. “We build for people who really camp, and we are excited to see the adventures Enduro will go on.”

Lance said it has been encouraged by both dealer and customer response. All three of the first EK (Exterior Kitchen) units have been retail sold with more units available currently on dealer lots. A strong indication of the potential of this product within the marketplace.

After a successful launch, the Enduro family of off-road overland trailers is growing with the completion and planned production of the Enduro 1200IK (Interior Kitchen) floor plan. This new model includes the relocation of the bath area and the addition of an inside kitchen space with a bamboo countertop extension. Its more traditional layout is fully enclosed without the flip-up back wall door. It boasts all the capabilities and many feature and amenity similarities with its EK (Exterior Kitchen) sibling, the company said.
