Lazydays will be a sponsor for the American Cancer Society’s upcoming Tampa Bay Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fundraising event. As a supporting contributor, Lazydays RV is sponsoring the event stage for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Hillsborough Walk at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla., on Saturday, Oct. 20. Last year’s Tampa Bay event had over 23,000 participants and raised $755,000.
“This is our third year as a sponsor of the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fundraising event, and we are very proud to support this worthy cause,” said John Lebbad, Lazydays CMO. “All of us at Lazydays RV are committed to raising awareness and funds to help fight the battle against breast cancer. We hope our involvement in this event will help make a meaningful difference in the lives of those impacted.”
The Lazydays-sponsored main stage will host the event’s opening ceremony, as well as music and dancing with a live DJ and other family-fun activities. Lazydays RV will also have a 36-foot Class A motorhome on display and open for browsing. Participants can also purchase commemorative items from the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer store that will be setup at the Lazydays display. In addition to its role as main stage sponsor, Lazydays RV is sponsoring a fundraising team of participants.
