RV Learning Center Touts Authorized CEU Training Providers

The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is recognizing leading RV industry stakeholders that provide authorized continuing education unit (CEU) training for fixed operations recertification. The RV Learning Center offers certification for service writers/advisers, service managers, parts specialists, parts managers and warranty administrators. There are eight authorized providers:

  • Airxcel (Suburban, Coleman, Aqua Hot) – Service Writer, Parts Specialist, and Warranty Administrator
  • Bob Clements International – Service Writer/Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Parts Specialist
  • DealerPro – Service Writer/Advisor and Service Manager
  • Florida RV Trade Association – Service Writer/Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Parts Specialist
  • Lippert – Service Writer, Parts Specialist, Warranty Administrator
  • NTP-STAG – Service Writer/Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Parts Specialist and Warranty Administrator
  • Pennsylvania RV & Camping Association – Service Writer/Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Parts Specialist and Warranty Administrator
  • Spader Business Management – Service Writer/Advisor, Service Manager, and Parts Manager

“Training offered by these providers is reviewed by RV Learning Center staff and can be used by certified fixed operations professionals to maintain their credentials,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “Congratulations to these providers for developing courses that help the industry develop top performers.”

In addition to certification, the RV Learning Center also offers online training for service writers/advisers, parts specialists and parts managers. Online courses for service managers and warranty administrators are in development.
