Dometic Hires New Talent to Support its RV Customers

Dometic has added 10 new employees to its roster to support the company’s wide array of RV customers.

The company said the additions will support a variety of functions including territory development management, distribution management, specialty trailer sales, sales training management and B2B e-commerce product and customer specialists.

“In order to keep pace with forthcoming initiatives, we have been able to bring in new talent to help drive our sales goals and customer support functions,” said Michael Walsh, business director for the RV aftermarket. “These hires bring with them years of industry experience and perspective that will help us educate and cater to the needs of our stakeholders. The result is the RV Aftermarket team has never been stronger or better positioned.”

The new hires are:

Charity McGuire and Jamie Williams, inside sales specialists

In this role, McGuire and Williams will be engaging with customers to increase awareness of products, promotions and tools such as Dometic for Business. They will also support strategic tasks for RV Aftermarket’s territory development managers.

Tito Salazar, David Schremser and David Zenger, territory development managers

Salazar has joined Dometic as TDM in the north central territory, Schremser in the West territory and Zenger in the Northwest territory. TDMs builds influential relationships with RV dealers, service providers and mobile technicians to drive strategic sales, service and end-user support objectives.

Jeff Johns, distribution account manager

With more than 30 years of RV industry experience and a deep understanding of dealer and distributor business models, Johns will strategically manage relationships with a variety of regional distributors.

Grant Marshall, specialty trailer sales manager

In this role, Marshall will accelerate growth and uncover new opportunities with small builders and upfitters in markets such as horse/livestock, entertainment, cargo-racing, emergency and more. The specialty trailer sales manager will play a critical role capitalizing on opportunities beyond the traditional dealer customer base.

Scott Laidlaw, sales training manager

Laidlaw has transitioned from TDM to sales training manager, where he will work collaboratively with product management, marketing, service and sales to modernize training curriculum for both internal and external audiences. As the team strives to enhance service and ultimately the end-consumer experience with Dometic, the development of engaging curriculum and modern learning platforms by the sales training manager will be crucial.

Erika Engers, B2B e-commerce customer specialist

Engers will liaison with B2B customers and internal teams such as sales, marketing, product management and finance to ensure the customer experience using Dometic for Business is seamless and that any issues are resolved promptly.

LaRhea Alexander-Heath, B2B E-Commerce Product Specialist

Alexander-Heath will liaison with B2B customers and collaborate with internal teams on both a global and national scale, working closely with product management, engineering and digital marketing to ensure that the product discovery experience ensures the company’s customers are able to easily find products relevant to them.
