The finance and insurance and sales education tracks at the 2019 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will feature hour-long workshops from Karla Kramer, national trainer, and Paul Sheldon, F&I lead trainer, of Protective Asset Protection. The convention/expo takes place Nov. 11-15 at Caesar’s Palace on the Las Vegas strip.
Sheldon’s “F&I 2020: A Clear Vision for the Future of F&I” workshop starts at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13. In this session, Sheldon will teach attendees how to enhance their communication skills with customers from every generation, the six most important reasons customers have for owning F&I products, and ways to integrate the F&I process across all departments of a dealership. Watch a preview of Sheldon’s workshop here.
Kramer, a new convention speaker, will present “Set-Up a 15-minute Impactful Sales Training” at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14. Kramer has developed a 15-minute sales training model for attendees to implement into their dealership that will reinforce new skills and behaviors. This session will help attendees identify the differences between a sales meeting and sales training and how to design “CHAT” training. Kramer will also explain the proper way to conduct follow up activities and discussions with employees and how to guide peer to peer practices. Watch a preview of Kramer’s workshop here.
Protective is the convention’s gold partner and also is sponsoring the Society of Certified RV Professionals award ceremony on Monday, Nov. 11.
