Her first workshop, “The Profitable, Proactive Parts Department” will be in the parts track and will give participants actionable information and tips to bring the parts department to a higher level of productivity and profits.

“Best Practices for a Family Run Business,” is packed with best practices from more than 100 family-run dealerships. In this content-rich session, dealers will learn what works when working with family members.

This session will cover key foundational guidelines for profitable and low-drama family-run businesses as well as tips for having family enter and exit the business. The session is part of the dealer/GM track and anyone in a family-run dealership or anyone whose dealership is as close as family should attend. Watch a video preview online.

Ziebron’s third workshop, in the service track, is entitled “Keep and Attract Techs.” Service managers and dealers attending this presentation will learn best practices for recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention to give their dealership an edge in building a reliable and skilled dealership workforce.
