The session is part of the dealer/GM track and anyone in a family-run dealership or anyone whose dealership is as close as family should attend. Watch a video preview online.
Ziebron’s third workshop, in the service track, is entitled “Keep and Attract Techs.” Service managers and dealers attending this presentation will learn best practices for recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention to give their dealership an edge in building a reliable and skilled dealership workforce.
