Dutchmen, a manufacturer of towable RVs and a division of Keystone RV, announced the appointment of Aaron Young as the company’s new president, effective Feb. 12.
In his new role, Young will spearhead Dutchmen’s sales organization, leveraging his extensive experience and insights to bolster the company’s market presence and strengthen relationships with dealers. With a career spanning decades in the RV industry, Young brings invaluable knowledge and a proven track record of success to his leadership position, the company said.
“Aaron’s deep understanding of Dutchmen’s history and background, coupled with his significant contributions as general manager overseeing the Kodiak and Aspen Trail brands, uniquely positions him to lead our company forward,” said Jeff Runels, president of Keystone RV. “We are confident that under Aaron’s guidance, Dutchmen will continue to thrive and exceed expectations in the competitive RV market.”

Having commenced his journey in the RV industry on the production line, Young demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, swiftly rising through the ranks to assume roles of increasing responsibility. His tenure as district sales manager and subsequent promotion to general manager underscore his unwavering commitment to driving growth and innovation within the company, Dutchmen said.
Following his decade-long tenure with Dutchmen, Young ventured into the realm of RV dealership management in 2023, where he further honed his strategic acumen and customer-centric approach. Now, equipped with a wealth of experience and a renewed sense of purpose, Young returns to Dutchmen poised to lead the company into its next phase of evolution.
