Multiple KZ RV models received 2021 RVDA Quality Circle Awards recently. KZ products awarded were the KZ Durango, Durango Gold, Venom, Venom V-Series, Sportsmen, Sportsmen Sportster and Sportsmen Classic products. The awards are based on dealer feedback and ratings they give the manufacturers.
“We are excited to receive the Quality Circle Award on our products,” said Brent Froman, KZ general manager. “This award represents a lot of hard work from all areas of the company as we strive for a cadence of excellence. We have a great desire to keep quality, communication and professionalism at the core of our business, and this acknowledgement represents the impact of our focus.”
“The Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) results highlight top-rated manufacturers in several important areas of dealer and customer support,” added RVDA Board Chairman Chris Andro. “The award represents RV dealer satisfaction in core areas that are instrumental to the product, relationship and service of a manufacturer and its branded line of RVs.”
