Truma North America has named three to its leadership team: new heads of engineering, sales and operations.

With more than 18 years in product engineering and development for companies such as Whirlpool and FCA (now Stellantis), Jesus Torres will lead the engineering efforts from Truma’s Elkhart, Indiana, North American headquarters.

“I was immediately drawn to the products and people of Truma,” Torres said. “I look forward to the opportunity to work with the engineering team in Germany to develop a team and processes around the great products we already offer and our future product roadmap.”

Focusing on sales and distribution, Elkhart native Sean Steinke has signed on as Truma’s new sales operation manager. Coming to this new role with 16 years of sales and operations experience, Steinke said he understands how pivotal strong distribution channels are for a company’s future.

“We are in a challenging economic climate, and how we react now will be what pushes us into a position of success in the next five years. I am excited to help my teammates and Truma achieve our goals and continue to grow,” Steinke said.

Operations Manager Matt Krieger is the third new addition to the leadership team. Krieger comes to Truma with 15 years in warehousing and distribution, primarily on the eCommerce and B2C side. Prior to that, he also has experience in the quality assurance and IT fields. Krieger’s skill set will allow Truma to optimize space and better serve manufacturing partners, dealer partners and end consumers.
