Truma will host its regional training program in 16 cities across the United States this year in an effort to expand its network of Truma Certified Service Technicians.

Those 16 cities include: Atlanta; San Antonio; Denver; Minneapolis; Baltimore; Kansas City, Missouri; Portland, Oregon; Buffalo, New York; San Diego; Boise, Idaho; Pittsburgh; Portland, Maine; San Francisco; New Orleans; Columbus, Ohio; Raleigh, North Carolina.

The first round of training sessions in Atlanta, March 5-7, are on sale now. For the latest updates on available training in your area, visit the Eventbrite page, trumatraining.eventbrite.com.

Truma’s regional training program provides technicians with a high level of technical training on Truma systems. Each session is 12 hours over two days and includes a classroom presentation on the Truma AquaGo, Aventa, Combi and VarioHeat, as well as hands-on troubleshooting and repair of the AquaGo and Combi. Truma will offer two sessions at each location, and technicians only need to enroll in one training session to receive complete training.

RV service technicians who receive a passing grade on the post-training evaluation will be certified to work on any of these four Truma systems. Truma certified technicians will have authorization to perform high-level repairs such as AquaGo mixing vessel replacements. Service centers with Truma certified personnel will also be added to Truma’s map of Dealer Partners to help promote these new service offerings.

Through Truma’s partnership with the RV Technical Institute (RVTI), a passing grade qualifies the student for 12 hours of continuing education credits (CEUs) toward their RVTI recertification or Level 3 Appliances Specialist certification.
