Winnebago Partners with NTP-STAG on Parts Fulfillment Program for its Towables

Winnebago said it has partnered with NTP-STAG to enhance the parts fulfilment capabilities of the Winnebago Towables product line.

“We care deeply for our customers and aspire to deliver extraordinary product ownership experiences. As part of that commitment, we’ve expanded the scope of our existing motorhome parts fulfilment relationship with NTP-STAG to include the Winnebago Towables line.  This partnership is designed to help all Winnebago RV dealers receive the right parts, at the right time to ultimately reduce repair event cycle times for the end consumer,” said Dean Casad, Director, Customer Support at Winnebago-branded RVs.

Lori Rewa, Winnebago Towables Customer Support Manager, adds, “The implementation will be seamless for our dealers, who will continue to order genuine Winnebago RV parts as they normally would. Internally, we will turn to NTP-Stag to fulfill parts availability gaps in order to assure timely delivery. This move builds on our commitment to delivering the highest possible service levels to our dealers.”

“We are pleased to partner with the iconic Winnebago brand to expand their parts fulfillment program,” said Jon White, RV and Towing Category Director for NTP-STAG. “This new partnership will allow Winnebago RVs to tap into NTP-STAG’s broad coast-to-coast network of Regional Distribution centers and will put genuine Winnebago RV service parts inventory closer to dealers for faster order response and parts delivery times.”

The expanded program for the entire Winnebago-branded RV dealership network will launch July 1.
