RV industry veteran and Sobel University President Jered Sobel will lead a workshop at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo in November in which he’ll focus on methods of lead development. Sobel will discuss how digital marketing and sales tools can work hand-in-hand with more traditional methods of lead generation, particularly with the new generation of customers looking for the cheapest deal rather than exhibiting customer loyalty.

From 3:15 – 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, Sobel will discuss “Where Did Customer Loyalty Go? Lead Development & Client Retention.” This workshop will review the structure and systems for lead development and client retention that are strong enough to withstand all future markets and transitions. Your years in business have generated internet leads, walk-ins, repeat, and referral customers. This session will show you how to capitalize on all of them.

During the workshop, attendees will learn:

  • Ways to increase productivity by understanding how internet leads, walk-ins, repeat, and referral customers all want to buy
  • How your lead development system should transition into your selling system and then into long term client retention
  • Systems that are strong enough to withstand all future markets and transitions

The convention/expo will take place Nov. 6-10 at Paris Las Vegas.
