Priority RV Network Distributes $4.5M at 24th Annual Meeting

Priority RV Network (PRVN) celebrated its 24th Annual Meeting, held from April 2-4 at the M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson, Nevada, a suburb of Las Vegas.

More than 156 independent dealer locations convened to partake in the event, resulting in the distribution of more than $4.5 million in retail checks.

Despite the challenges faced by the RV industry in 2023, PRVN’s Executive Director, Corey Ruzicka, expressed satisfaction, stating, “It was still one of our best payouts ever. We have 45 great suppliers with phenomenal rebate programs that pay us very generously. Every dollar counts these days since the RV business is still somewhat sluggish. This was our best annual meeting ever.”

At the meeting, 84 dealership representatives joined more than 100 supplier personnel for two days of exhibitor booth sessions and presentations.

A highlight of the final morning was an OEM panel featuring industry leaders such as Bob Martin (THOR Industries), Doug Gaeddert (Forest River) and Don Clark (Grand Design RV). It was moderated by Sherman Goldenberg, senior editor of RVBusiness. The panel engaged in a dialogue with dealers, sharing their outlooks for 2024 and beyond.

Shawn Moran, president of Brown & Brown Dealer Services, delivered insights on enhancing F&I revenues for the remainder of 2024. PRVN President Mike Regan commended the meeting, praising the OEM panel and Moran’s F&I banking and deal-structuring strategies.

“Thursday morning was probably the best two hours in meeting history. The OEM panel reviewed the past year and where we are going in 2024. We have a road map now. Shawn’s F&I abbreviated F&I school was unbelievable. He gave us the CliffsNotes version on which banks we should use to use on each deal and getting the most upfront, back-end and rebate dollars,” said Mike Regan, PRVN president and president of Crestview RV in Texas.

“I really believe Priority has the best programs in the industry, which will assist our dealers in having a great 2024. Whether it’s banks, F&I products, uniforms, HR or marketing programs, we have it all. Every dollar counts in the tough market all dealers have faced in the last 15 months. The 4.5-million-dollar payout was our third best year ever.”

Regan, along with Holiday World’s Michael Peay and Andy Heck, president of Alpin Haus, were re-elected to PRVN’s board of directors. They join current members Mark Bretz, CEO of Bretz RV & Marine; Greg Lala, CEO of Great American RV Superstores; Brian Wilkins, CEO of Wilkins RV; and Ben Hirsch, COO of Campers Inn.

“We’re not only leaving with substantial rebate funds but also with the knowledge and resources to propel our dealerships towards an outstanding 2024,” said Regan.
