The Pennsylvania RV & Camping Association announces an upcoming day-long webinar on F&I featuring Paul Sheldon of Protective Insurance.
The event, scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 21, will include discussion on five habits that keep dealers from breaking through, the benefits of developing a professional selling system and ways to ensure every customer gets as excited as a dealer is about having a service contract that enhances their ownership experience.
Sheldon is the regional vice president for Protective.
The webinar is $25 for non-PRVCA members, free for members. It will take place from 9 a.m. -4 p.m. Jan. 21.
