Industry veteran Jered Sobel, president of Sobel University, will lead a workshop on building and retaining top performers in the sales track at the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, taking place Nov. 8-12 0at Paris Las Vegas.
“What it Takes to Keep a Top Performer: Build a Career Salesperson” will be 2 – 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10. This workshop will show attendees how to hire, train, evaluate, and coach standout sales staff with an eye toward continued growth and keeping the best onboard for the long term.
The learning objectives for this session include:
- Hire the right person with the necessary aptitude, desire, and respect of opportunity given.
- Give them tools to continuously develop their sales skills and their client base.
- Coach salespeople to a level of income that is impossible to walk away from.
