Scrubblade, a manufacturer of windshield wipers based in Temecula, Calif., has signed Birmingham, Ala.-based AllPro Distributing – a warehouse distributor known in the performance segment of the automotive market.
Founded in 2011, Scrubblade started in HD trucking, landing Pilot/Flying J, TA/Petro Truck Centers and Love’s in the heavy-duty truck replacement parts market. The company said its success in the auto aftermarket on the performance side eluded Scrubblade for years, despite displaying at a number of SEMA shows.
Scrubblade founder and CEO Billy Westbrook recently contracted with Roadhouse Marketing to add warehouse distributors and key retailers to its roster. Roadhouse enlisted the help of AllPro’s purchasing team, along with Westbrook, and a deal was signed last week.
