What makes Tyann stand out in the RV industry?
Tyann oversees Jayco’s warranty processes for all Jayco divisions. Her role consists of directing a team of 32 to process and maintain warranty submittals for units ranging from travel trailers to Class A diesel pushers. The team processes over 15,000 claim lines weekly, maintaining lead times for pre-authorization to be responded to within 24 hours and claims processed within a week. Tyann also partners with our production team participating in weekly audits to better the product. She also travels to dealers reviewing warranty processes with dealerships.
Tyann has been in her current role for two years but has managed the same team for just over seven. She started her career in the RV industry with Jayco and has been with the company for 16 years total.

Tyann has made great connections with our dealer body through her years of travel. She hears out their day-to-day issues and comes back with ideas on how we can better our partnerships to take care of the customer.
What does Tyann add to Jayco’s culture?
Tyann is an innovative thinker. She is constantly challenging her team and other departments on how we can do better for our dealers, vendors and customers.
How does she contribute to the ongoing support of women in the RV industry?
Tyann’s nominator came into the industry five years ago and has mentored her from a claims processor to managing the claims, pre-authorizations and vendor chargebacks team. Tyann is a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to share what she knows so we can make sure our team works to the best of its ability. I appreciate how much trust she puts in her team to make the right decisions and is always willing to answer questions and guide you in the right direction.
What else should others know about Tyann?
Tyann organizes Jayco’s annual Christmas drive where families are “adopted” from the local school systems. In 2023, Jayco adopted 18 families consisting of 51 kids with over 500 gifts.
