Built for off-road exploration and off-grid comfort, AEONrv said it has emerged as a favorite among adventurers, overlanders and full-time travelers. The 2025 model features a lifted all-wheel-drive chassis, marine-grade interiors, advanced insulation for true four-season use, and a fully integrated solar and battery power system that supports long-range, off-grid travel.

What’s New in the 2025 Model:

AEONrv introduces over 20 refinements, including:

  • A high-efficiency 800-watt rigid solar array
  • BFGoodrich KO3 all-terrain tires
  • New interior cabinet finishes: Simplicity (light) and Union Peak (medium-dark)
  • Optional exterior wrap color choices
  • A larger standard battery pack: 10.9kWh BattleBorn LiFePO4
  • A passenger-side bedroom window (now standard)

Optional upgrades include a Raptor-style grille, fast-idle alternator charging and smart Lumi Max projector TV. The 2025 AEONrv starts at $224,500.

The tour follows a year of major momentum for AEONrv:

  • 100 builds planned for 2025 — more than triple last year’s output
  • 10 vehicles per month rolling off the line from AEONrv’s 70,000-square-foot Reno, Nevada, factory
  • A team of 65-plus employees powering production and innovation
  • The launch of a new website and strong reception to the 2025 model, with 8 units already delivered

As the RV market trends younger, more digital-savvy and increasingly adventurous, AEONrv said it has struck a chord with a new generation of explorers. According to recent industry reports, nearly 80% of new RV buyers prefer all-season, off-grid capable vehicles and 95% begin their research online. AEONrv stands out by delivering a product built for performance and independence.

“Our customers are adventure-driven and tech-forward. They don’t want to be plugged in — they want to be out there, exploring remote places in comfort and confidence,” said Jim Ritchie, CEO of AEONrv. “This tour gives them a hands-on opportunity to see what makes AEONrv different, how we’ve engineered every detail for real-world travel.”

AEONrv operates on a direct-to-consumer model. By designing, manufacturing and selling each vehicle in-house, the company says it maintains tighter quality control, offers greater customization and delivers a more transparent, customer-focused experience from start to finish.

With sleeping room for four, 65-plus cubic feet of heated gear storage, industry-leading water filtration and climate control rated to -13 F, AEONrv combines rugged durability with a refined, high-performance living space. It’s engineered for those who go farther, off-road, off-grid and beyond.
