As new and used motorhome and towable sales continue to rise, so does the need for service and support after the sale. So, when service centers reached out to Airxcel for help easing their growing workload, the company said it demonstrated its continued commitment to providing unparalleled service, by expanding its robust product education offerings to help both RV professionals and individual owners.
For RV owners, Aqua-Hot produced a detailed video on the annual maintenance of its 400D, 450D, 600D and 675D hydronic heating systems. It walks the owner through every step of the process to keep their Aqua-Hot hydronic heating system performing at its peak. That video is here.
On the professional RV side, Airxcel expanded its continuing education for technicians and inspectors with more virtual training options. Current programs for Aqua-Hot, Coleman-Mach and Suburban are led by product experts to provide students with a thorough understanding of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. Modules are segmented into multiple short sessions to better serve attendees’ schedules. Successful completion earns NRVTA CEU credit hours. When new virtual training classes are available, schedules will be posted on one of Airxcel’s individual brand websites.
“Parallel to our emphasis on quality, Airxcel has a longstanding commitment to education,” said Tracey Viburg, Airxcel director of customer service. “As the market leader in OEM and aftermarket RV products, we remain dedicated to our industry and owners to provide best-in-class training on our components.”
