American Technology Components Inc., a supplier of electronic components and control solutions, has announced four leadership appointments designed to support the company’s continued growth, operational performance and customer-focused strategy.
Craig Shriver has been promoted to chief operating officer, Chase Healey has been promoted to chief sales officer, and Kevin Silcox has been promoted to director of sales. ATC has also appointed Elena Marin as director of manufacturing.
The appointments strengthen ATC’s executive, sales and manufacturing leadership while establishing clearer areas of responsibility across the organization, the company said.

Yeoman said the promotions of Shriver and Healey recognize their contributions to the organization while placing operational and commercial expertise at the executive level.

Craig Shriver Named Chief Operating Officer
Shriver moves into the chief operating officer role after serving as ATC’s director of engineering. He brings 21 years of combined experience with ATC and KIB Electronics, including 7 years with ATC and 14 years with KIB.
As chief operating officer, Shriver will focus on strategic innovation and operational efficiency across ATC’s product lines. His responsibilities will include strengthening collaboration among departments, improving development and manufacturing processes, streamlining execution and embedding continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Chase Healey Promoted to Chief Sales Officer
Healey has been promoted from director of sales and marketing to chief sales officer. During his six years with ATC, he has helped guide the company’s sales, marketing, customer engagement and market-development efforts.
In his new executive role, Healey will lead ATC’s commercial strategy while promoting a companywide culture of customer focus, revenue accountability and continuous improvement. He will also help align sales and market-development initiatives with the company’s broader growth objectives.
“I’m elated about the structural changes within ATC and eager to execute our customer-engagement and market-development strategies,” Healey said.
Kevin Silcox Promoted to Director of Sales
Silcox has been promoted from group manager for the RV, bus and specialty trailer markets to director of sales, after joining ATC approximately two years ago.
As director of sales, Silcox will oversee sales efforts serving the RV, marine, specialty vehicle, agricultural, aftermarket and distribution markets. He will work closely with Healey and ATC’s sales team to strengthen customer relationships, identify new opportunities and coordinate sales activities across the company’s markets.
“I’m excited about all the new appointments,” Silcox said. “This approach gives us the clarity and focus needed to take meaningful action toward ATC’s continued success.”
Elena Marin Appointed Director of Manufacturing
Marin joins ATC as director of manufacturing after previously working as a continuous improvement engineer in the automotive industry.
Her experience includes manufacturing operations, Lean practices, continuous improvement, operational excellence, process optimization, employee development and the creation of high-performing teams.
As she begins her role, Marin will focus on learning ATC’s products, processes and operations while building relationships with employees throughout the organization. She will apply her manufacturing and continuous-improvement experience to support operational performance and the company’s long-term growth.
