Representatives from Dallas-based Aspira will demonstrate the company’s all-in-one campground and reservation management system on Feb. 27 at CalARVC’s Software Education Day in Temecula, Calif.
Currently supporting reservations for more than 5,000 mostly public park campgrounds, Aspira is also making a major push to expand its business base beyond state and national parks to include private campgrounds, RV parks and resorts.
“Consumer expectations are expanding now more than ever; in addition to the authentic experiences provided by state and federal parks, they are also looking for end-to-end experiences, backed by convenience,” said Gary Evans, COO at Aspira. “The unique amenities offered by private campgrounds, RV parks and resorts are in high demand by family and group trip planners of all ages.”
Aspira began facilitating online reservations in the early 2000s. The company has since broadened its focus to develop its campground management software product for state, provincial, federal, regional and private park systems.
Aspira also offers a cloud-based administrative and financial management system that includes real-time available searches and payment processing, reservation and stay changes, configuration tabs for camping, and retail sales and rentals.
