Black Book, which provides used vehicle valuation and residual value forecast solutions, will integrate its valuation data and specialty vehicle insights with the Lightspeed EVO CRM and DMS solution of CDK Global.
Lightspeed EVO is an integrated dealer management solution built to help industry professionals find and keep customers, streamline operations, and grow profitability. Lightspeed EVO helps dealers with critical business functions such as sales and F&I, accounting, service and parts operations.
By integrating with Black Book’s valuation data, CDK dealer customers will realize stronger profit potential with a more precise valuation process during trade-ins for motorcycles and powersports vehicles, the company stated.
