Braxton Creek RV has announced that industry veteran Bill Westbrook and his company Victory Formation Sales have signed an agreement making Westbrook the exclusive selling agent of Braxton Creek products into the eastern U.S. market.
Under terms of the agreement, Westbrook and the Victory Formation team, will exclusively represent the complete line-up of Braxton Creek products, and will work to expand the Braxton Creek dealer distribution network.
“With Bill’s extensive RV background, his retail RV experience, and his incredible knowledge of the dealer network, this was obviously a partnership opportunity we could not pass up,” said Jim Jacobs, Braxton Creek CEO. “When this idea was first discussed, Bill was immediately enthusiastic, and set about creating his Victory Formation Sales Co. Our ownership team understand the potential, and how this is a completely seamless fit.”
“Working with a great new company like Braxton Creek RV, that has the same shared values, a strong leadership team in place, and an ownership group that is involved every day, made this an easy decision,” said Westbrook. “I’ve known Jim Jacobs for 30 years, and could not be more excited about the growth opportunity in front of us. The Braxton Creek team is uniquely focused on quality, innovation, and treating their dealers as true business partners.”
“We look forward to having Bill join the team, and we can’t wait to really get things jump started with all of the great new products we will introduce at the RVX Show in March,” said Jacobs. “It’ll be a great opportunity for us to officially launch our partnership with Victory Formation Sales, renew some old acquaintances, and most of all continue to execute on our strategy of limited distribution, focused on the best fitting dealers in the market.”
Before forming Victory Formation Sales, Westbrook was involved in the RV industry for more than 30 years, most recently as a regional sales representative for Brunswick’s Land and Sea division. Prior to that he owned and operated Cenla Camping Center, a business started by Westbrook’s mom and dad in 1958.
