Camco Expands Sales Leadership Team

Camco Manufacturing announced the expansion of its national sales team with four strategic hires, reinforcing the company’s continued investment in dealer partnerships and long-term market growth, Camco said in a release.

As Camco builds momentum behind its Five-Star Dealer Program and enhanced merchandising initiatives, these additions signal a strong commitment to supporting dealers with best-in-class service, training and retail solutions, the company said.

Tony Diaz Named Trade Marketing Manager

Tony Diaz joins Camco as trade marketing manager, bringing extensive retail and service operations experience. Most recently, Diaz served as service and parts manager at LA Mesa RV in Fort Myers, Florida, where he oversaw service, parts and customer orientations. Prior to that role, he spent 4.5 years as director of parts overseeing operations across 12 dealership locations.

His deep understanding of dealership operations and parts management uniquely positions him to develop impactful merchandising and trade marketing strategies that drive sell-through and improve the retail experience.

Jim Alvarez Returns as Key Accounts Manager

Camco also welcomes back Jim Alvarez as key accounts manager. Alvarez previously worked with Camco before joining Tom Manning & Associates. In his new role, he will focus on supporting multilocation dealer groups with customized merchandising programs, marketing support and training initiatives designed to maximize sales performance.

His return underscores Camco’s commitment to experienced leadership and strong industry relationships.

Regional Sales Leadership Strengthened in Southeast, Mid-South & Upper Midwest

Further expanding its regional presence, Camco has appointed:

  • Marty Jennings, regional sales manager – Southeast, responsible for South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi
  • Dave Parker, regional sales manager – Mid-South, responsible for Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma
  • Bill Eckhoff, regional sales manager – Upper Midwest, responsible for North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri

Jennings, Parker and Eckhoff join Camco from DRG and bring significant experience growing dealer sales through creative merchandising strategies, marketing execution and training support.
