Garry’s focus will be on the company’s digital retail strategic evolution while creating a cohesive customer in-store and online experience to support omnichannel growth, the company said. Her previous work experience includes Wayfair and most recently Walmart eCommerce, where she was responsible for the development and expansion of product categories and creation of strategic multi-channel product and customer initiatives.
Wegner will oversee customer acquisition and retention for Camping World Holdings, including the growth and development of the 2.1 million Good Sam membership business, the company’s most active and profitable customer segment. Wegner’s previous work experience includes Discover Financial Services and most recently, Ulta Beauty, where she was responsible for growing loyalty and share of wallet for more than 30 million active members through 1:1 customer lifecycle marketing, program management, channel development, and strategic partnership initiatives.
“As we continue to make the business stronger, we are always looking for talent to bring new ideas and innovation to better serve our customers,” said Marcus Lemonis, CEO and Chairman of Camping World Holdings. “The track records, depth of experience and enthusiasm about joining our company makes both Ms. Wegner and Ms. Garry ideal leaders to build on the forward momentum of Camping World and the rest of the leadership team.”
