The RV Dealers Association of Canada issued a statement Monday announcing the death of former RVDA of Canada Chairman, George Goodrick, who passed away on Feb. 24.
“The Canadian RV and camping industry mourns the loss of a true leader, who was not afraid to speak his mind, a supportive colleague and a friend with great compassion.
“While running a full-service dealership, George devoted much of his time between 2008 and 2017 to the betterment of the Canadian RV and camping industry. George’s vision was seen and shared amongst many across the boards and committees that he served on.
During his long tenure as a volunteer leader, he never lost sight of issues of utmost importance and steered the board and committee members with determination. George became an icon of strength, resilience and confidence.” …
