Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL) rolled out three-plus years ago, but some confusion has surfaced in trying to comply with it, said the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE). Privacy lawyers Andrew Buck and Adam Herstein of Pitblado Law will give a webinar about CASL compliance at 2 p.m. EST on March 21.
It will cover:
- Areas of compliance which are in the crosshairs of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission
- Practical tips (and things to avoid) to stay on the right side of the line
- Clarification regarding gray areas of the legislation, and insight into CASL’s impact moving forward
