Covercraft announced the introduction of its next-generation of RV covers, the Olefin HD.
“With the disappearance of some traditional RV cover fabrics during the pandemic, we saw the need to introduce something new,” said Erik Guldager, vice president of sales and customer service. “Our customers expect the very best from ADCO and we have worked with our fabric mills to develop and bring to market Olefin HD.”
The new fabric offering is part of the company’s popular All Climate + Wind Designer Series and is an improvement over the previous All Climate option, the company said. Designed for protection from sun, rain, snow and wind, Olefin HD covers are built to be particularly effective where it is most important, the roof.
“The sun’s UV rays are what kill the roof of an RV,” said Liz White, national sales manager for the RV market.
Covercraft said the product has been well-received since its roll-out to the company’s premier dealer network.
“Our customers were eager to start ordering these covers and get them in front of consumers before storage season begins,” added White.
