Cruiser Launches New Consumer-Focused Website

Cruiser RV recently launched a new consumer-focused website as a continuation of the manufacturer’s rebranding efforts.

“We are excited to launch our new website with a fresh design and content focused on the RV lifestyle,” said Lesley Melvin, director of marketing. “This new site is a rich resource for the entire Cruiser Community – from those who are just now considering the RV lifestyle to new owners to veteran adventurers with thousands of miles behind them and thousands more to come.”

The company said the goal of the new and improved website is to deliver a better customer experience for RVers regardless of where they are in their RVing journey. Website visitors will have access to the latest product information and will be able to easily navigate their way through How-To videos, FAQ section, virtual tours and more to find their perfect RV and have the best RV experience.

Additionally, the Cruiser website has implemented a lead management and customer experience program, using the Rollick platform and its marketing technology, Aimbase. The software provides Cruiser with enhanced marketing tools to better serve customers pre- and post-sale, as well as to serve Cruiser dealers. Key components of the program include lead qualification and distribution to local dealers, automated consumer communications, post-sale customer satisfaction surveys and robust analytics to measure performance throughout the process.
