Howe, Ind.-based Cruiser RV, a manufacturer of ultra-light travel trailers, has introduced its newest product line, the Hitch.
Slugged, “A New Way to Enjoy the Outdoors,” the Hitch is built to handle extreme terrain but towable with lightweight vehicles, and it’s equipped with unique features for today’s adventurous camper, the company said.
The industrial-built travel trailer will include an all-aluminum superstructure, Azdel composite walls, and plywood floors. Cruiser RV said that several new industry-first features will come standard on the product that will reduce maintenance, improve durability, and allow owners to go anywhere they want to enjoy their adventure. Hitch will feature four floorplans approximately 18 feet to 22 feet long with a weight range of 3,500 to 4,000 pounds.
“This unit stems from Cruiser RV’s roots,” said John Jones, Cruiser RV’s, senior general manager. “Hitch will be one of the smallest and lightest units Cruiser RV has made. This unit is designed for the customer that wants to be unplugged yet stay connected.
“Each unit features 15-inch tires with Torsion axle and European two-toned designer cabinetry. In addition, the Hitch will come with a solar package, WiFi, stainless steel appliances, larger showers, and full-size beds.”
Hitch will be available in late 2020.
