Howe, Ind.-based Cruiser RV has reported that year-over-year sales are 21.7 percent ahead of last year’s pace.
“We have seen unbelievable growth with the Stryker toy hauler line over the last three years and we don’t see it slowing down any time soon,” said Jay Mohamed, general manager for Cruiser, a division of Thor Industries. “To further ensure our commitment to building a better trailer, we send our Strykers to an offsite quality control/PDI center that tests every component and ‘white glove’ inspects the unit from bumper to bumper, floor to ceiling.”
The Stryker garage areas can accommodate the full range of ATVs and side-by-sides along with other camping-related vehicles and equipment.
Other features include:
- Choice of 4- or 5.5-kilowatt Onan generators and standard 15k A/C
- 102-inch wide-body with 8-foot ramp door for easy loading and unloading
- Fully enclosed and heated underbellies
- Heavy-duty tie downs
- Wet bolts throughout suspension
- Heavy-duty Dexter axles with 12-inch, never-adjust brakes and EZ lube hubs
- Generator prep and 30-gallon fuel station
- 16-inch wheels and E-rated tires
- 100-plus gallons of fresh water
- 15,000 Btu air conditioner
- 8-cubic-foot refrigerators and 10-gallon gas and electric DSI water heaters
Stryker interiors also have real hardwood cabinets with hidden hinges along with plywood flooring. The kitchen area is equipped with solid-surface countertops and modern, stainless-steel appliances. King beds are standard in all Stryker travel trailer toy haulers.
“The Stryker line of toy haulers has grown into our No. 1-selling toy hauler as well as the top-selling toy hauler in the state of Utah,” said Brett Parris owner of Murray, Utah-based Parris RV. “We sold 100-plus Strykers in 2017 and are on pace to blow right by that number this year.”
Cruiser RV will be showcasing its entire Stryker lineup as part of the upcoming Elkhart RV Open House at the Thor Industry display near the RV/MH Hall of Fame.
