Dallas-Based Matt Havens To Speak at OHCE 2026
Storable Newbook is bringing Matt Havens to the 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit (OHIS), adding a fresh perspective on leadership and workplace culture to this year’s program at OHCE2026.
Havens, a Dallas-based speaker, will lead a one-hour session during the OHCE add-on Summit on Sunday, November 8. Blending insights with humor, he’ll challenge park owners and operators to cut through complexity, simplify decisions and focus on the work that drives results.
For park owners and operators juggling daily operations, staffing, and business growth, Havens offers a fresh perspective on how to prioritize what matters, bring clarity to teams and turn ideas into practical action.
Before becoming a speaker, Havens spent 14 years leading teams at a Fortune 50 company, where he helped tackle a 99% employee turnover problem during a major transformation. Today, he has delivered hundreds of keynotes for organizations including RE/MAX, Lockheed Martin, Baker Tilly and Allstate, helping leaders and teams simplify decisions, navigate competing demands, and make meaningful progress.
“When we launched the Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit four years ago, our goal was simple: create a space where park owners and operators could learn from industry leaders, share real experiences, and walk away with practical ideas they could implement immediately,” said Erin Stevenson, managing director, APAC at Storable Newbook. “Seeing the Summit grow year after year is a testament to the passion, resilience, and innovation that exists within our industry. It’s incredibly exciting to be part of an event that continues to inspire operators to think bigger about what’s possible.”
Now in its fourth consecutive year, the Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit brings together park owners and operators to explore the trends, technologies, and strategies shaping the Outdoor Hospitality Industry. The program focuses on practical insights that attendees can apply to their businesses, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, guest expectations, and the use of data and technology.
OHI President and CEO Paul Bambei added, “The Innovators Summit has grown into one of the most anticipated sessions at OHCE, and it’s easy to see why. Our partnership with Storable Newbook continues to bring operators the kind of real-world insight and practical takeaways they can put to work immediately. Four years in, we’re more energized than ever about what this Summit delivers for our members and the industry.”
Following the Summit, participants can continue connecting at an exclusive Innovators Summit Happy Hour hosted by Storable Newbook. The Happy Hour is reserved for Summit participants.
The 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit takes place Sunday, Nov. 8, from 2–6 p.m. CT. The Summit is available to OHCE2026 attendees at no additional cost, but registration is required to reserve a seat. Attendees can add the Summit during OHCE registration.
