GOSHEN, Ind. – U.S. Rep. Jackie Walorski, R-Ind., and a half-dozen local dignitaries braved chilly weather to attend the Tuesday groundbreaking ceremony for Dave Carter & Associates’ 61,200-square-foot addition to the company’s existing Goshen warehouse facility.
Also in attendance were: Mayor Jeremy Stutsman, Goshen Chamber of Commerce President Nick Kiefer, Center State Bank Area President Rusty Branson and several Dave Carter & Associates top executives.
The addition is expected to be completed by mid-August. Once completed, it will allow the business to better serve its RV manufacturer and manufactured housing clients, according to Doug Wilson, general manager of DCA’s Goshen facility.
“The addition will allow for continued growth in market share as well as expansion to our current offering with new product lines,” he said.
“I am proud of the continued growth and this expansion will allow us to continue to meet the demands of our customers,” added John Curran, company president and CEO.
Nuway Construction, a design/build general contractor located in Goshen, was chosen for the project.
“This addition has been specifically designed to meet Dave Carter & Associates growing market presence,” said Andy Nesbitt, president of Nuway Construction. “As the RV market has flourished, Dave Carter & Associates looked to partner with us to expand their current facility.”
