Early-bird ticket sales for the RV Women’s Alliance Education Symposium end this Friday, May 13.
The event takes place in October in Chicago.
Open to anyone in the RV industry, the symposium includes workshops presented by Purdue University, a keynote speaker and plenty of networking opportunities including an awards dinner and a cocktail reception.
What makes this educational event different than others is the two dual seminar tracks that attendees can follow, according to RVWA President Susan Carpenter. The tracks are based on the same topics, but they are tailored to fit two distinct industry employee type: One track is tailored for first time and emerging leaders while the other is tailored for mid- and top-level leaders.
First Time and Emerging Leaders
To ensure the success, these employees will need new tools and skills to succeed as a leader within an organization.
The goal of these courses is to provide first time and emerging leaders with the essential tools and knowledge to succeed in a leadership role.
Mid-Level and Top-Level Leaders
As leaders grow within an organization, so must their skills. New tools for success must be attained to remain an effective leader.
The goal of these courses is to provide current leaders with essential tools and knowledge to succeed in a mid-level and top-level leadership role.
